The End of 2011 Last night the Daily 3 nighttime lottery numbers were 6 6 6 . I wonder who's going to hell with THAT number... My friend says since we're on the edge of 2011, all of us are. So, Christmas has come and gone, and tonight's the last night of Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa's underway... It's one of those years where Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa all join together in a cornucopia of love. It's called "Chrismahanukwanzakah". (Note there is no T is that word. That IS the proper spelling.) Will Chrismahanukwanzakah come in 2012? NOOOPE! says Chuck Testa! Anyway, have a happy new year and we'll see you in 2012. ~Austin Wolfclaw | | Friday, October 14th, 2011 | | 1:22 am |

Cassettes are OUT.
I decided to go through my stuff i have accumulated and pick out stuff I wanna donate to other people. I'm getting rid of the X-Box first of all. No store wants to buy it, mainly because it has been opened (to replace the CD-Rom Drive) I put all the connections, including a wireless controller in a box and then i realized...I have cassettes i wanna donate as well. So the Weird Al cassettes and Ramones tapes went in there as well (I'm going to buy the CDs, dont worry) I also got a bag and put some clothes in there as well. So i got a box and bag of stuff ready to head out on Monday to the Encore resale store. Hey, I was bored and my saturday was wide open so i decided, why not. My bike's got a legit flat so I'm stuck at home unless I walk. I'm gonna buy a patch kit and try and patch it up some time next week. | | Tuesday, July 19th, 2011 | | 12:24 am |
WWE: The Passing Of The Torch Note: This is a response to the events that had unfolded at the end of Monday Night Raw on 7/18/11. I understand the events are considered kayfabe unless otherwise noted. This journal is coming from a Fan’s point of view. --------------------------------------- Lots of WWE fans do not know that Triple H had been a executive senior advisor for WWE for about a year now. Congrats on the promotion, Triple H.
Vince McMahon was let go in the most polite and respectful way possible. He did not do anything to warrant a "firing" but it was in the board of directors best interests to relieve McMahon of his duties and pass the torch to someone younger.
Triple H (Paul Levesque) is a McMahon by law, having married Vince's daughter Stephanie in 2003. They have 3 kids together. Shane who *was* heir apparent, decided to retire from WWE and is now working for a Chinese cable company in Colorado.
I believe HHH will do a good job as chairman of WWE, and I cannot wait to see what he brings to the table. Regarding Vince McMahon, it is true he built the conglomerate that is the WWE from the ground up, but there has to come a time where you have to pass the torch...by choice or by force.
Mr. McMahon, I thank you for all that you have done for us, the WWE Universe, and I wish you luck in your future endeavors. ~Austin Wolfclaw | | Saturday, June 18th, 2011 | | 12:24 pm |
Camp Kadima 2011 We call it Camp Kadima even though its at Camp Seagull. (I call it Kadima @ Camp Sea-Gull) ANYWAY, on the 13th of June, me and about 30 others went up to Charlevoix to Camp Seagull. Originally it is an all girls campsite but we go up there a week or 2 before the girls do. June 26th is when camp starts for the girls. So the morning of the 13th, we all load up the vans with our stuff, we are assigned who we are riding with, then head off caravan style. Before we get to the freeway, though, the camp director gets a call saying they forgot someone….so which vehicle gets to go back and pick him up? the one I’M IN. So we backtrack a couple miles or so, pick the guy up, and we are on our way. I have my iPod to listen to music for a good 2 hours until we get to a Wendy's in West Branch. We learn then that out vehicle got to Wendy's about 5 minutes after the caravan did. So all 30 people, plus staff, ate our lunch, then got back in the vehicles and drove off again. After a wrong turn at Mackinaw Trail, we managed to get to our destination. So we unpacked our stuff, and later ate dinner. We then played bingo. Tried getting the camp’s Wi-Fi to work, but there was none of that. Went to sleep early. Tuesday we created frames for our paper awards in Arts ‘n Crafts, then went into town to get some snacks for our cabins. I got me a 1.5 liter (yes, I said 1.5 liter) of Dew, and a Yes card, which I learned later on works at the VGs stores in my area. I also spent 15 dollars for wi-fi through Cherry Capital Connection. Wednesday we went into the downtown area of Charlevoix. Got a new shirt with a wolf decal from the Charlevoix Factory Outlet, then proceeded to a wifi hotspot at Harbor View Café (FAST FREE WIFI FTW) to download the wrestling show we missed. We got back and then I learned we were using fabric paints to paint denim shirts…So I went up there and created a wolf on the pocket with the initials AWC, and made a vow I will add more stuff every year using the fabric paints I have. We then had an outdoor cookout, it was when I learned that one of the campers had their nose broken after being hit with a batted softball. (I apologize, there were lots of activities going on, I went canoeing on Tuesday, and I tried to go “surfing” on Wednesday…) Anyway, her nose was still bleeding at the cookout (where we had cheezburgers!)… All of us gave her well wishes, except for me. I returned her Zune to her, fully charged. Then after that it was the talent show, where the campers displayed their various talents. It wrapped up with me singing the National Anthem. Thursday, it rained in the morning though the camp director thought it was gonna rain all day. So we did some bingo, cant remember if the waterfront was open or not, my memory is getting foggy…We ate dinner, and the awards ceremony was shortly after. The highest honor in these camp awards is something called the “Best All-Around Camper, which can be compared to the Best Picture award at the Oscars…. I won it. Despite me wearing a wolf shirt EVERY DAY during the week, despite me having a near meltdown at the Tuesday Arts ‘n Crafts, despite me having a blast on a thick styrofoam floatie out in the lake, despite my incredible performance of the national anthem……Hmm…looking back on all of that, I think I can see why I was named Best All Around Camper. Grabbed a s’more (which I typically call a Schmuck) then went up to the mess hall to watch the wrestling show I DL’ed Wednesday with my friend of 10 years. Friday I’m all packed up, went to eat breakfast at 8, and by 9 we are headed back home. Stopped by Wendy’s again for lunch and then after a few hours we were back home…..except for one car. A car that my friend was in. one of the passengers had to stop every 20 minutes to go potty. Hasn’t she heard of Detrol? Anyway, it’s Saturday now and I’m back home, back to the Training for my A+ certification…back to normalcy… The only thing that hasn’t gone away from my camping experience yet……are the mosquito bites. ~Austin | | Sunday, June 5th, 2011 | | 1:48 pm |
The obligatory blog post So, yeah, I woke up late. Spent a chunk of yesterday doing a show called “Bacon Time” for YouTube. I have a funny feeling it might fail. Lemme check stats…yup. Only 5 views. Oh well. Not gonna complain. Wolf Den Radio’s on hiatus, Carnivores is on hiatus, all I can do now is…draw stuff and study for my A+ certification. Soooo….I might go out to Save-a-lot and get me some hamburger for my sunday hamburger helper…. or I can just baconify the hamburger helper….I didn’t have hamburger helper last week so….WAIT….IDEA! Bacon Time! Make noodles, cook bacon, cook sauce, add bacon to sauce… Yes! I don’t need to go out today! Homemade Hamburger helper ftw! ok, I have nothing else to say, so I’ll hop off now… | | Thursday, April 28th, 2011 | | 1:12 am |
How tiny can I get? OK this is uber small. This is no small fonts ordeal, this is me using the Subscript feature of my Windows live writer blogging program. SOOOO… How are my little tiny chickadees today? You’re so tiny I could eat you all up. What’s that? You say the text you’re reading isnt TINY? Update your BROWSER. Get firefox, avoid IE9. Even hitler was like ACH MEIN GOTT! IE! NEIIIIN! Where was I? Oh yea. Tiny. Tiny like MacGruber’s micropenis. Tiny like Damn Small Linuz…Tiny like the Royal Wedding?? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? Apparently, that shitty excuse to pre-empt all of our programs starts at 9:30 am. But WAIT! That’s BRITISH TIME! Subtract 5 hours to get eastern daylight time and that’s…. 4:30 AM??? WHAT THE FUCK????? And all the people I’ve talked to say they’re going to WATCH IT!!!! Jeez, first, people call in sick to play Portal 2, now people are calling off just because they wanted to watch 2 cunts with the worst teeth this side of the Thames get MARRIED? WHY IS THIS SUCH A BIG DEAL? WE DON’T LIVE IN THE UK!!!! WE LIVE HERE!!!! The networks are gonna force this shit down our throats again??? (apparently they did it with Diana and Charles) I have two words for you: FUUUUUUUUUUUUCK YOOOOOOOOOOOOOU!!!!! That’s right! Fuck you! I hope your ratings SUFFER! And Kate Middleton, I hope you are more famous than Princess Diana, so you will have a HARVEY WALLBANGER and 6 chasers. In other words, I hope the media KILLS YOU! Bollocks to the Queen! This is the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! British Politics are NOT WELCOME HERE! Now you know the reason why the text is so tiny. | | 12:38 am |
The obligatory Linux Post Yea, I use Linux. It’s 4/28/11 and Natty Narwhal (Ubuntu version 11.04) still hasn’t dropped yet. (it’s 12:31 AM Eastern.) Is there a default time when Canonical puts out releases? On a side note, I was going to download Slackware; try a different distro for a change. I go to its website and they’re up to version 13. Then it hit me. Slackware went “LEET”, as the version number was exactly 13.37! <- That’s hax for leet. So another reason to download this bitch while I wait for Natty to drop. Ha bisky. Also, I am officially Internet and Core Computing Certified! Now I can primarily focus on A+. If I get my A+ certification, I will pose NAKED with it. Wish me luck! ~Austin | | Tuesday, April 19th, 2011 | | 5:00 pm |
The Hunt For Ritalin SR Yesterday I turned in my prescription for Ritalin SR at my local CVS pharmacy. They didn’t have it in stock. Neither did Evergreen…Neither did woodward. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU---- So the next day, I went to kroger to turn in some bottles and see if they had it there. They didn’t have it in stock. Neither did the Walgrreens across the street on Woodward. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU----- So that’s 5 PHARMACIES. If the 6th one didn’t have it, I was going to call Ruth To the Rescue. 6th Pharmacy: Wallgreens On Greenfield. THEY HAD IT. So I updated my information there, had to call the doctor to get the DEA, cuz she didn’t write it in there…then the pharmacy told me there had to be a prior authorization done for the drug. FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUu--- Oh wait, Medicare took care of it! *PASSES THE FUCK OUT* So in closing, I got my pills and I’m good for another month. If Walgreens didn’t have it, I woulda had to call Ruth To The Rescue! ttyl | | Wednesday, March 30th, 2011 | | 3:20 pm |
Politics piss me off. Today, I got a letter. It looked like it was from President Obama, but I knew for a fact it wasn’t. Official correspondence from the president will arrive in a White House envelope, with the White House letterhead. This letter was from the Democratic National Committee in Washington D.C. President Obama will NEVER ask for money. The Democratic Party will. And the Republican part will as well. See what I done there? You thought I was going to rant about a political party using the president as a way to get contributions? Bad news, Bucko, but the Republicans ask for money as well! Why should we give them money? Both parties have enough money to pay off the National Debt™! But they don’t do that! You wanna know what they do? “I’ll give you (an x amount of money) to run for president.” Yup. They pay people to spread their agenda to the masses. Both republicans and democrats have a different point of view of how they wanna run things but when it comes to money, the two deal in it the same way. Now, on to the next topic I want to talk about. Using the President to get money. Barack Obama is our esteemed President of the United States. He doesn’t *personally* write letters…he has receptionists to do that. All he does is sign his name. The DNC does not write on behalf of Obama. They write using his name, probably with permission, but the Prez never gets to see it. If he did, he would disapprove immediately. Whether he did approve or not, it’s immoral to use the President like that. GREED IS A DEADLY SIN. If you indulge in greed, you will go to hell when you die. Read Proverbs 6:16 – 6:19 . THE LORD HATES YOU. | | Monday, January 10th, 2011 | | 5:10 pm |
In the end, it was a good idea. I had to reformat my PC recently. Windows was not connecting to the internet to download updates, but the internet was just fine. Wound up deleting some stuff that made some other stuff not work, so I decided that it was time to reformat. So I backed up all my stuff, deleted stuff I didn’t want, in an attempt to make space on my 120 GB backup drive, then I DBAN’ed it. DBAN’ing a 1TB hard drive took a little over a day. Reinstalled Windows, and all my applications. (I *think* I got all of them…) Next up, all my GAMES. I’ll start with the ones I have on CD. As soon as I have all the games installed, I will put all the folders I made for the Quick Launch bar, into the Quick Launch. Simple, right? Let’s hope it will be. ~Wuffy | | Tuesday, December 7th, 2010 | | 10:12 am |
all I can remember of this dream I had I can only remember being at a furry con, and some guy was playing his keyboard, and I got to sing My Girl. I didn’t know the 2nd or 3rd verses tho lol. For some strange reason, a fur named AlphaWolf was there. The same AlphaWolf I knew back when he was living in Plymouth. Didn’t know the location of this convention… | | Friday, December 3rd, 2010 | | 10:34 am |
Yesterday and today. Here's what I did yesterday. I deposited my money before heading out to the assessment. Assessment went by with a breeze. It's a good thing I don't have to go to Hamtramck to get that G-Pack Wii carrying case....The manufacturer decided to stop making them....I do not know why. I didn't take it easy like I said yesterday because I got a call from my DHS case manager; she got the fax requesting a hearing over my food benefits; due to some system error, the daily allowance didn't get counted. However, my case manager fixed it, so no hearing needed to be done. HOWEVER, I have to go out and sign a hearing withdrawal form. I went straight out there, took a bus to near the location, and rode my bike the rest of the way, and got the job done. I didn't get back until 5:00 or so.
I went over my GF's house, and let her keep my Wii through the weekend, if she gave me the cord the my webcam. She did... or I thought she did...Anyway, I helped her get to world 2 on NSMB Wii.
After Jeopardy!, I went back home and passed the burned out shell of the Harvard Office Plaza. So sad to see it go.
I went to Gamestop.....AND I FINALLY GOT
THIS. I am so happy!! I also got a carrying case for my Wii, whenever I get it back home. Here's what I'll be doing today. I'm gonna copy this to my LiveJournal. (Done) This is the last day of my assessment, but I dont think I'll know how well I did until next week. Thank god it's Friday. Hopefully I'll be able to talk to my case coordinator about what transpired yesterday, and get the right cable from my girlfriend, I have her Kodak camera cable...LOL! I WANNA TAKE IT EASY TODAY! (And put up my Christmas tree...) December 1st was the 6 year anniversary Ross and me have been roommates. December 2nd 2010 was officially the last day he would be my roommate, the keys would be turned in the next day. I'm gonna miss him....................OK, no I'm not... | | Saturday, November 13th, 2010 | | 1:40 pm |
“My Bike!” A dream, almost a nightmare…. Al I can remember is I’m living in an apartment and something happened where ppl have been displaced to live in these apartments, whether it was a flood or a fire, all I know that my bike was lost in the mess. So I find a bike in this messy basement, probably filled with salvaged still workable items, and since it was better than the one I had before the catastrophe happened, I decide to make it mine. I ride it to work with me for about a month or so. (in my dream, I was working at a Kroger store.) So one day I was gonna ride my bike over to the pharmacy and I see my grandmother and another family who were displaced by the same this, and they needed a bike for their son as well. I DO NOT KNOW WHY MY BIKE WAS NOT LOCKED UP, but my grandmother gave my bike to the kid. And I’m like “WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE GRANDMA??? YOU JUST GAVE MY ONLY SOURCE OF TRANSPORTATION AWAY TO A ****** (I used racist language) FAMILY!!!” And I threatened her with a move I’ve never done IRL (yet…) A “Prey Kill” I gave her the Full Nelson (first step of the Prey Kill) and said “You gonna get me a new bike??” (if she said no, I woulda performed the second maneuver; use both legs to trip hers…) She said Yes… I asked if she promised, and she said yes…I let her go, and threw a 10 inch portable RV that looks like and antique across the basement room in frustration. ”You better!” So the next day I go down to the basement…there’s this tall guy, not sure if he was part of catastrophe, and Grandma said he had donated a couple bikes for me and I smiled and checked them out… The first one was a futuristic looking bike and I was smiling til I got on it and grabbed the handlebars. The handle bars moved in toward me and the seat moved towards the handlebars…it was actually a stationary exercise bike that moves the handlebars and seat. I growled and went to see the next bike. The next bike blew me over the top. It was a TRICYCLE. I SCREAMED and chucked the tricycle at my grandmother “YOU CUNT! DIDN’T YOU TELL HER I WAS 31 YEARS OLD???” (Apparently I’m a year older in this dream, I don’t know why….) Grandma wasn’t responsive, the tall guy (who I found out was a Jewish man who was trying to help us and not part of the catastrophe) tried to push me back but I pushed away and told him “You shoulda got to know me first. Now you’re going down” (I believe my Bi-polar really interferes in my dreams because …) The 31 year old, standing 5’4 gave a tall guy, 6’3, a Prey Kill. I don’t know how I managed to do it. After the “finisher” I was deciding on whether I should do my Double Ankle Lock Nelsonized Crossface, or the Wolf Trap submission move, or just simply punt the guy’s face off. My cousin Sandra comes rushing in and so I just stomp the guy’s head back into the ground and she spears me (like a head on tackle, called a Spear or a Gore in wrestling shows) though a big pile of boxes, and everything goes dark. Open up to outside for some odd reason. just a busy main street afternoon, and I walk by a TV shop, and on this TV that same guy I just gave a Prey Kill to, talk about his new book. Apparently he’s an author, and then he mentions the incident that happened a week ago ((Wow, time travel, Ha Bisky!) He says he has an idea that will put that monster under control, apparent he had been recovering from a concussion. Suddenly the TV turns off and….. I wake up. (I wrote this journal shortly after I woke up. I stayed up til 5am, woke up at 11:30 to take my meds then went back to sleep and had this dream. Thanks for reading.) | | Monday, November 1st, 2010 | | 6:40 pm |
Cabela’s Dangerous Hunts 2011 I WANT THIS GAME. The problem is, there’s not enough gameplay footage on YouTube to make an ultimate decision. Is this game any good? Show me some good footage. I’ve played all the Dangerous Hunts games so far and the order from best to worst is…. 1.Dangerous Hunts 2 2. Dangerous Hunts 2009 3. Dangerous Hunts 1. REASON FOR THIS RATING: Dangerous Hunts 2: the best game of them all, it was the first game where you could get “killed” by animals. You never get EATEN… That’s what I wanna see, but probably will never happen…Anyway, this was also the first game to have SOME SORT of “hanging on by a thread” scenarios, but it would only mean you’d get mauled more. Also, bears and wolves CAN work together…and you get to fight a Yeti! BTW, Water kills you, even if there’s no crocodiles lol Dangerous Hunts 2009: I played this game on the PS2, and this was the game that fully implemented the “Hanging on by a thread” thing, though it wasn’t used as much in the PS2 version. I liked where the animals pounce you and you are put in slow motion to mash away a button and if you don’t, it mauls you and kills you. No bloodshed, but hey, what do you expect from a Rated T for Teen game? Dangerous Hunts: The absolute WORST game, but hey, you gotta start somewhere, right? There was no “death”, you were always “rescued by the Warden”. LAME. The only thing I see good about this game is the Top Shot Elite, I think that’s what it’s called, and apparently, if you stand in one location, there will always be predators coming to attack you. Also, I seen some wolves and lions gnawing on your hand which is a plus Times have changed, I have a Wii now, so I get to see what I’ve been missing out these past few years. So give me some input! Is this game good or no? Lemme know! I’m all ears! ~Austin | | Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010 | | 10:33 pm |
Time to update this thing
So I'm drinking Coke Zero, and reading comments on http://www.scalzi.com/whatever/004583.html , and it had got me thinking, i need to do a live journal post.... so here's what happened from august to september. * Got my credit card debt paid off! FINALLY! * Bought a nintendo Wii. * Braved the rain at the Dream Cruise September I... * Celebrated my 30th b-day on the 14th. * Ballooned up to near 230lbs I'm worried now.... I still have a little money left over, so i wonder, should i get my teeth fixed, or go get lipo? I dont think ppl who stand 5'4" should weigh 227 lbs... Anyway, summer is over, and i still need to draw a furaffinity userpic for a person who won it in a drawing...will draw VAX in october, My GF thinks i'm mad at her...LOL I'm not, just mad at her lousy internet connection, and shoulda called earlier to ask if i was coming over... Oh well... i can probably go over there when she gets home from school... That's about it....i need to get more batteries soon, my wii remote batteries and wireless mouse is dying lol micro center has batteries on the cheap....20 batteries for like 3.49? LOL.... I think I'll upload a new facebook pic. My hair's grown out a little. Cya. Wake me up when September ends. | | Sunday, August 1st, 2010 | | 4:28 pm |
Holy Bloody Cow, August 1st ALREADY???
Well, might as well give you an update as to what happened since June 22nd... THE COMPUTER: All it was was dust in the heatsink. After using compressed air, it ran like a charm. JULY: My stable wireless internet connection went down and I had to rely on a flaky one. August 1st it came back. My GF moved closer to me, I helped her move stuff in, and helped repair her laptop. Yesterday, she came over, and brought her bike. I put air in her tires, and at about 6:45p, we both rode our bikes back to her place. Now to today....I have a Carnivores comic to draw and a VAX to draw.... The Future. I have recently recieved a large amount of money; i will use it to pay off credit card debt. Dream Cruise Saturday is coming up, and i need to put aside some money to get my annual t-shirt. That about does it....TTYL | | Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010 | | 1:43 pm |
Compy problems. I has them. Lately my desktop computer has been freezing up for no reason. No BSOD, nothing. Just everything freezes. I do a disc scan, nothing stating the disk is failing comes up. So that means something might be overheating. I left my desktop computer on overnight and in the morning, it was again frozen. So, its one or all of these things: - The CPU Heat sink
- The video card OR
- The power supply. (350w)
I’m thinking its the power supply, primarily because it is an IDE power supply. I might go out next month and get me a newer power supply. Today though, I'm going to disassemble my compy and put it back together, blowing away any dust i might have. I don't have any thermal compound to reapply to the cpu, so I will just focus on dust for the time being. Wish me luck. I might need it. ~AWC | | Monday, June 14th, 2010 | | 6:37 pm |
Camp Sea-Gull = Epic WIN
Well, here i am on the outskirts of Boyne City, at Camp Sea-Gull. Camp is much much better this year because..... Wi-Fi covers the entire campground, so it does not matter what cabin i'm in (I'm in Chippewa), I'm covered. I'm online baby. Maybe i'll do a ustream show tomorrow or something. Anyway, the battery is slllooowwwly dying, so i'll hop off now...TTYL! |
